Governed knowledge AI, built for decision making

Most enterprise AI never makes it past the pilot. Meramia Technologies is a forward-deployed AI company: our engineers embed with your team and ship governed AI on anonymised data, in the cloud or on-premise, in region — PDPL-aligned and measured by outcomes leadership will own.

How we show up

Forward-deployed means this.

We embed senior engineers directly on your production stack and with the operators who own the problem. We do not ship generic products. We build the governed system that takes a working pilot into measured production.

  1. 01

    On your stack

Your infrastructure. Your operators. No parallel environment.

  2. 02

    One scored outcome

A single P&L metric the board can own. Everything else is subordinated to it.

  3. 03

    Absorption layer

The engineering required to move from pilot to governed production. Most teams never build this. We do.

Who we are

A company, not a pilot programme.

Meramia Technologies is a forward-deployed AI company in Dubai. We keep choosing among the strongest available AI platforms, frontier and open, and we engineer them into governed production systems for small, mid-sized and large enterprises across the UAE and the wider GCC. Our engineers work inside the client's team and on the client's own stack, in region and aligned to the PDPL, and the measure of our work is an outcome the client's leadership will own. We build the software we advise on. Then we hand it over, so the client's own people run it without us.

Strategy is cheap. The gap in every enterprise AI programme is absorption: the governance, monitoring and hand-over work that lets a pilot survive contact with production. That gap is the whole of our business.

How we work

Pilot → production in four moves.

A scored diagnostic first, then one pilot with a number attached, then the engineering that carries it into production your team runs. Each move is a fixed scope with a defined exit. The destination is an AI-native organisation: governed systems your own people operate.

01

Assess

Inventory data, talent, governance and use-cases. Score readiness. Deliver a prioritised, board-ready 90-day roadmap.

02

Prove

Ship one high-value pilot under an outcome-tied scope. No science projects. One measurable result.

03

Productionise

Engineer the pilot into governed, monitored production. We call this the absorption layer: the governance, monitoring and hand-over work that lets your team own the system after we leave. Almost every pilot skips it. We build it.

04

Operate

Run and scale what works under a fractional CTO and a managed retainer. Each release needs less of us than the last, until your own people are running the systems unaided.

Why now

The most aggressive AI agenda on earth.

95%

of enterprise GenAI initiatives deliver zero P&L impact. We productise the absorption layer that turns pilots into production.

The UAE has the world's most aggressive AI agenda — and the regulation to match. The opportunity isn't a strategy; it's getting governed AI into production before everyone else.

#1 in adoptionMicrosoft · Q1 2026

Per Microsoft's Q1 2026 AI Diffusion Report, 70% of the UAE working-age population actively uses AI, against a global average of 17.8% — the highest rate in the world. Your clients and competitors are already moving.

A new CBUAE AI law took force on 16 Sep 2025, with regularisation due by Sep 2026. AI governance is now a board-level, compliance-driven purchase.

40% by 2026Gartner

Gartner expects 40% of enterprise apps to embed AI agents by end-2026. Agents are becoming the default interface to enterprise software, not an option.

Built on

We deliver where you already run.

Cloud-agnostic by design. Our systems integrate with the platforms you already run; where a partner programme applies, its POC and migration funding de-risks the first build.
